Okay so I will start by saying SORRY for not regularly posting lately.. I have this weird thing that when I am concentrating on one project I find it really difficult being consistent with my other tasks..
Nevertheless, I am here, writing up a post, cup of tea in hand and Disney film on in the back ground (my kind Sunday evenings.
This week has been pretty busy for me. I started my Youtube channel (FINALLYYYY) after a year of wanting to start (find my channel here.. please subscribe!) And I am so so happy I have.
Although my first few vids are incredibly cringe and hashtag awks (well, I think so anyway, I am such an awkward turtle!) I have so far really enjoyed my start of Youtube. I have been speaking to other small creators this week as well as bigger creators which has made me feel SO inspired.
I have also loved the engagement I already have on my videos, people leaving such kind and supportive and positive comments has made my heart grow 2 sizes.
I am feeling more inspired and motivated more than ever right now and I feel this is the right time for me to take my future dreams and goals and make them happy, know what I mean? It’s just a feeling I suppose.
So, as I am now a Youtuber I have been a little lost over the past week or two researching what I would like to film, learning cool editing tips, engaging with others and so forth so unfortunately my lovely little blog has been a little neglected.. </3 my poor baby!
I also was approached by a really cool brand this week discussing a future collaboration opportunity which has left me feeling pretty excited and privileged (more about that in another post)
On to other news, the kittens are now venturing into the garden more and more although they still come back indoors to use their litter tray instead of just going in their natural habitat…outside?! Strange little monkeys they are but it is so warming to see them chasing bees and butterflies in the garden during the days (they are still not allowed out at night, don’t think that will change either, I am an over protective fur baby momma)
Also, it has been absolutely amazing to sit outside in the sun for the last few weeks – England is so beautiful in the sun and I really love to appreciate every second of sun we get before the rain returns! (BTW- I love rainy days also..)
I also had a lovely pub dinner this week in Berkhamsted at a cute little pub on the canal called the Boat… the food was beaut, I had a “posh” fish finger sandwich…. nom!
I hope everyone had an amazing and happy Easter. If you have a dream, chase it and do not give up! You’ll thank yourself later!
Lots of love,
